At 1zencha.com, we know that great tea is worth the wait—but we also want it to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we pack, ship, and deliver our teas to your doorstep.

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@1zencha.com and we will do our best to assist you.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (Hong Kong / Macau): 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping (International): 5–10 business days

  • Economy Shipping (International): 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over USD 70 to select regions.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly through our website or the carrier’s tracking portal.

7. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. 1zencha.com is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you realise you’ve made a mistake, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to update the details before dispatch.

8. Missing or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please refuse delivery or note the damage with the carrier. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number, and we will assist you promptly.

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking information first, then reach out to us at info@1zencha.com and we will investigate.

9. Tea Freshness & Packaging
We take great care in packaging our teas to preserve their freshness and aroma. Each tea is sealed in food-grade packaging and placed in a protective outer box to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
